Description
You’re invited to join our weekly meditation sessions every Wednesday evening at 7pm in the studio. We offer a simple drop-in option for only R50 per class where you can relax, unwind and learn the basics of meditation. No prior experience is necessary – anyone can benefit from meditation. This is also a wonderful space to meet like-minded souls and connect to the tribe.
These meditation sessions are a great opportunity for those who are new to meditation or want to build a regular practice. Christopher will guide you through each session which typically includes:
• A short introduction and discussion of the meditation topic or theme
• Simple breathing and relaxation exercises
• 20-30 minutes guided meditation
• A short closing at the end to reflect on your experience
Beyond reducing stress and anxiety, regular meditation practice can improve focus and concentration, boost self-awareness, and provide a sense of inner calm and peace. Meditation is also a wonderful practice to help with integration post ceremony.
