Om Tare TuTare Ture So Ha has served as the opening commitment and foundational mantra for every ceremony and gathering that I have led.

I was so lucky to attend a Meditation class years ago, where 4 very powerful mantras were shared with us that evening, by a guest facilitator.

At that time I hadn’t found plant medicine yet, and I remember feeling so deeply moved by this class. I still all these years later use these mantras in ceremonies and in self-practice.

I would so love to share them with you, and then share a more in depth meaning of the Tara Mantra with you in the form of an excerpt from The Sophia Code. Which I only found years after using this mantra almost every day… and of course as the Universe always does… so much understanding came at just the right time, to make me see how powerful these mantras are and these guides who have committed to serving humanity in it’s ascension.

Ultimately, we are all just striving for peace. For our bodies to be in the highest alignment so it may feel free, safe and stable. Mantras are so easily accessible, carved out by generations and generations, for eons and eons, to hold the highest intent and frequency realignment.

THE LIBERATING POWER OF OM TARE TUTTARE TURE SOHA

A Sanskrit mantra is a tantric vehicle for commanding transformation in your awareness through the power of your voice. Your Higher Self guides you to use the power of mantras for self-actualising peace. Mantras gather your divided consciousness back into a unified field of light that focuses you solely upon the divinity within you.

Every quantum leap in your spiritual evolution requires a next-level relinquishment of your attachments to suffering. You cannot experience the heaven within you when you are gripping onto the hell of suffering. When you suffer, speaking a mantra softens that grip. Its sound waves set forth a guiding intention for your awareness to focus upon the Light.

OM

Toning OM invokes Tara’s presence as a guide through your suffering and as a mentor for your happiness. Toning the sound of OM clears your mind of negative projections designed to keep your awareness away from peace.

OM opens up the space within you to admit that you need help for reconciling your attachments to suffering. However painful it may feel, admittance welcomes the wisdom of your vulnerability that is always guiding you to seek the relief of support. In your vulnerability, you recognize the assistance of a divine power that is greater than your attachment to that suffering.

OM softens your defenses to receive unconditional divine love. Helping you to welcome the presence of your Higher Self and all your spiritual guides deeply supporting your journey back to the inner light of self-reconciliation.

TARE

The seed syllable TARE declares that you are laying down your attachments to suffering in exchange for non-circumstantial happiness and reconciliation with your divinity.

You are a sovereign being with a free will to choose any belief system according to your desire. However, the root of all suffering arises from the belief that divinity is imperfect and has failed you. You can visualize this root belief system planted in the words “divinity is fundamentally flawed”. From this root belief springs forth branches of viral belief systems that construct entire worlds of suffering for you to explore in your mind the illusion that life is unsafe.

Entertaining any viral belief in the flawed nature of divinity and life creates instantaneous suffering in your mind. Suffering is a shocking experience for the innocence of your human heart, which fundamentally knows itself as the throne of your Higher Self’s divinity. The root of all suffering is a divided Self: your limited understanding at war with the truth of your perfect divinity and the perfection of life revealing that divinity to you.

TARE invokes Tara’s miraculous intervention to help you let go of controlling your suffering through the ego’s demands of limited understanding and reestablish trust in your Higher Self, who is always guiding you back to an omniscient knowledge of your divinity.

TARE also invokes personal willingness and the courage to reestablish trust in the divinity of life that is perfectly orchestrating your greatest relief from suffering in all ways, always, regardless of all personally held illusionary beliefs and outer physical appearances of samsara.

TARE is a bridge for walking away from disbelief, hate and resentment – and crossing over – back into the light of your true nature. On the other side of this bridge is the happiness that exists beyond all suffering: the home of your own self-realized divinity.

TUTTARE

TUTTARE is a seeded sound wave of self-love that liberates your awareness from the eight great fears by taking refuge in your own divinity.

Your experience of suffering is quite real and sacred – and is in no way minimized by the illusion of form’s physicality. Your holographic reality is perfectly designed to stimulate every physical, emotional and mental aspect of your human body. This includes your free will ability to suffer the agony of your mind through the neurological biofeedback of form. You may choose to experience suffering for your evolution and for the evolution of other souls on their ascension journey; your soul chooses this suffering to discover the unlimited reign of its free will.

In the shock of suffering there are the eight great fears that can take root in your mind as harmful addictions to pain: ignorance, attachment, hatred, arrogance, jealousy, miserliness, doubt and projections.

When toning TUTTARE your awareness and corresponding neurological pathways make quantum leaps for dissolving your attachments to the eight great fears. In Tibetan lineage this is called taking refuge in Tara’s overlighting presence. However, know that when you take refuge in Tara through Tuttare you are actually guiding your awareness in how to take refuge in the divinity of your own Higher Self.

TUTTARE liberates your awareness from these eight great fears by activating their corresponding virtues of direct knowing, unconditional, self-love, self-forgiveness, self-knowing, self-communion, prosperity, faith and omniscient awareness.

TURE

TURE declares your oneness with all beings as the root of your happiness that is sovereign from all attachments to suffering.

Humanity’s addiction to using dualistic polarities for transformational alchemy creates a collective need to scapegoat an “other” into the role of an enemy or perpetrator. As you loosen your own grip upon duality, you will witness the miracle of demonic energies within humanity’s collective ego instantaneously transmute back into a state of all-consuming love.

It is possible to serve the light of humanity with happiness and compassion, without suffering for it.

Every time you speak TURE you are anchoring more of your Higher Self’s light within your human body and awareness. There is no need to force of rush the development of the Buddha mind, for the light that already exists within you is this consciousness.

TURE invokes your free will to lay down all understanding of how to do anything, which releases the need for controlling yourself with the eight great fears. Surrendering to the Light within you creates the space for your Higher Self to guide you in experiencing both your sovereignty and oneness with all beings through successive stages of deepening maturity and integrative self-acceptance.

TURE grounds the heavenly reality of your Higher Self’s mind into your human awareness so that you may experience the safety, grace and prosperity of living in oneness with all beings, beyond the poverty of judgment.

SOHA

SOHA commands the blueprint of this mantra to activate your DNA and consecrate your Sacred Heart to live in happiness, for the liberation of all beings.

SOHA plants the seeds of Tara’s mantra in your heart. From these seed syllables grow a garden of new belief systems that flower as sovereign creations in your life. Living a peaceful and prosperous embodiment, free from attachments to suffering, is the greatest compassion and divine service you can offer humanity.

SOHA consecrates all your emotions as vehicles of your divine consciousness arising with important information for your awareness. This seed syllable relieves the agony that causes your ego to attack the emotions that naturally arise throughout cycles of self-revelation birthing you beyond duality.

SOHA illuminates the pathway of divine power within you so that you may always remember to take refuge in the radiance of your own Higher Self. When you release your attachment to suffering, you create space in your heart and mind to be guided by the power of your holy innocence, which is a divine quality of your Higher Self.

Innocence always chooses the spiral path of unconditional love, which honors your own heart in ever increasing measure, within all circumstance.

The only real dialogue we can have with one another begins with knowing nothing but the wonder before a single thought may arise. It is safe for you to dialogue with life through the openness of your heart. In that vulnerable space, your innocence can only magnetize to you the wondrous blessings of your divine inheritance and those who are here to co-create Heaven on Earth with you in this lifetime.
