You will be guided through yoga fundamentals and variations tailored to all levels – from beginners to those with experience. You’ll improve your balance, flexibility and core strength as well as reduce stress through deep breathing and meditation exercises. The peaceful studio provides an environment for you to find your inner calm and recharge.

Each once off drop in class costs R150 and gives you the flexibility to attend the sessions that work for your schedule. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, both physically and mentally.
